HRO Today's Baker's Dozen Ranking
Cielo has been in the top three on the overall enterprise ranking ten times over the last 11 years and has also ranked #1 on the Healthcare list for the last ten consecutive years.
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services, whose feedback is collected annually through an online survey. A predetermined algorithm weighs questions and categories based on importance and calculates scores three subcategories – service breadth, deal sizes and quality – as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores.

NelsonHall's NEAT Evaluation
Since the NEAT Assessment’s inception in 2014, Cielo has been ranked as a Leader in every category, including Overall, Innovation in Services, and Innovation in Technology/Tools.
NEAT is NelsonHall’s vendor evaluation and assessment tool, a method by which sourcing managers can strategically evaluate vendors at the onset of the screening process. Positioning as a “Leader” is based on a combination of analyst assessments, primarily around measurements of the ability to deliver immediate benefit, and feedback from interviewing vendor clients, primarily through measurements of levels of partnership and ability to meet future customer requirements.
