Cassie Pike has accepted the role of Chief Customer Officer, formalizing her accountability for client teams and strengthening the connection between client experience, delivery and growth.
Christina Corbo-Travis has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where she will lead the Finance organization and help drive strategic investments to keep Cielo on the cutting edge.
In her role as Chief Customer Officer, Cassie Pike will continue to elevate the client experience while strengthening alignment between delivery, growth and customer outcomes. Her appointment reinforces Cielo's commitment to helping clients address evolving talent challenges through world-class partnership and service. Previously, Cassie led Cielo's growth team, connecting clients with the creative solutions and partnership needed to meet today's market demands while delivering record growth across Cielo's client portfolio and offerings.
As Chief Financial Officer, Christina Corbo-Travis will lead the Finance organization and support initiatives that increase business agility, strategic investment and long-term growth. Her promotion recognizes the leadership and expertise she has already demonstrated within the company. Previously, Christina played a critical role in Cielo's global expansion, leading the financial strategy and governance for more than 20 new entities and enabling Cielo to support clients' hiring needs across markets with greater agility.
