During a new Hungarian RPO implementation, Cielo’s employer brand practice developed a Microsite dedicated to Unisys’ Service Desk Agent (SDA) roles. Developing a new Microsite allowed us to clearly call out what a career as an SDA at Unisys Hungary meant and articulate this to our target candidate audience with content tailored specifically to them.
An accelerated messaging workshop with Unisys’ top performers allowed us to identify and define the go to market messaging to inform our Microsite content. Adding in a suite of images that reflected the SDA role from the client’s existing image library, the new Microsite also contained a Unisys careers video, the SDA value proposition, plus a range of employee quotes that resonated with the candidate audience.
Cielo’s on-site Unisys recruiters utilize this dedicated microsite as a tool to support them in their hiring. They invite candidates to review this Microsite before they apply so that they have a place to view authentic information reflecting the reality of what a career as an SDA at Unisys Hungary might be like. The client is very pleased with the site and the recruitment metrics post go-live speak for themselves; the acceptance ratio has significantly increased as candidates are now more accurately informed before they apply. As a result, the volume of directly sourced candidates, in addition to referrals and agency hires, is steadily increasing.
