Donna is the former Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Becton, Dickinson and Company, a global medical technology company. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for CST Brands, Inc. as Compensation Committee Chair. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey and is on their Executive Committee.
Peter is a nationally recognized healthcare executive and a leading voice on a wide range issues in the healthcare industry. Past president of Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Peter currently serves as professor and chairman of the Department of Health Systems Management at Rush University.
Stephen is a non-executive director at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Trust. His other roles include Chairman of a large private-office backed entity providing NHS general practice (community primary care) support services across the UK, and Chair of a health coalition which represents the policy interests of the UK’s larger private hospital providers and medical insurers.
Michael O’Boyle serves as President of MiraMed Global Services. As such, he oversees the strategic growth of the MiraMed Family of Companies. A seasoned senior executive in the healthcare industry, Mr. O’Boyle has experience as Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Operating Partner for esteemed companies such as Pamplona Capital Management, Parallon Business Solutions, UnitedHealth Networks (United Healthcare), the Cleveland Clinic, MedStar Health and others.
Carrie is the Senior Vice President of Population Health at OhioHealth in Columbus. In her role with OhioHealth, she leads overall strategic direction around population health, including continued growth of the clinically integrated network and go-to-market strategies. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Provider Integration and Partnerships for Molina Healthcare, Inc. She also has served as a senior executive with Tenet Healthcare Inc. and was responsible for their health plan and ACO portfolio. In addition, she spent more than ten years with Kaiser Permanente Hospitals and Health Plan as its Chief Administrative Officer in the Mid-Atlantic Region, where she had administrative responsibility for both the health plan and medical centers/clinics.
Steve is the System Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky, one of the region’s leading healthcare systems. Prior to joining Norton Healthcare, Dr. Hester practiced emergency medicine full-time as regional medical director for Kentuckiana Emergency Physicians, where he worked to improve quality and volume with significant success while redefining multiple processes within the organization.
Gary is the retired President & CEO of Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. He now is an Executive Partner with Waud Capital Partner, working with the firm's significant investments in healthcare services. He is a member of the boards of Becton, Dickinson & Company, LHP Hospital Group, Adreima, Cordant Health Solutions, and Froedtert Health. He is a former Chairman of the American Hospital Association.
Susan is Senior Vice President of Customer Care and Sales Effectiveness for the U.S. Pharmaceutical division of McKesson Corporation, the nation’s largest healthcare services and information technology company. She has overall responsibility for delivering an efficient and outstanding customer experience to several thousand customers and sales support for hundreds of field sales professionals.
Tim started his healthcare career as a pharmacist at Cone Health’s Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. His clinical leadership and commitment to patient care propelled him through a variety of roles in the organization, ultimately being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cone Health in August 2004. He retired to the position of CEO Emeritus in October 2014.
Jeff Shuman is a global Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience leading major transformations and driving shareholder value within multinational, publicly traded consumer (Avon), industrial (Honeywell/Allied Signal), government services /high-tech (Northrop Grumman, Harris Corporation) and healthcare (Quest Diagnostics) companies. Jeff has been a leader in human resources, operations and general management and has established a strong reputation in maximizing the value of acquired entities, digitalizing the workforce, and leading transformations that accelerate growth, drive operations excellence and significantly enhance organizational effectiveness.
