The move comes as the company commits to elevating its commitment to the development and wellbeing of team members around the world.
With more than 15 years’ experience in RPO and more than six years at Cielo, coupled with a learning and development educational background, Kirsten was identified as the ideal candidate to take on the newly created role. The primary focus of the role will be developing Cielo’s processes for colleagues to progress in their careers, enhancing training, and introducing new programmes and initiatives to ensure staff are supported in their career development.
