LONDON (November 21, 2018)Cielo, one of the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, won Recruitment Team of the Year at the 2018 HRO Today Services and Technology Association Awards for its work with global telecommunications company O2.

Cielo and O2’s nine-year partnership is most notable for its strategic nature and for exceeding expectations, making year on year improvements on core Key Performance Indicators, including sourcing 97% hires via non-agency channels.
