With over 25 years of experience as a clinician, innovator and leader in healthcare, Roberts has proven experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of our healthcare clients. In her nearly seven years at Cielo, she has served in several leadership positions focused on the growth and success of Cielo’s Healthcare and North America business. As President of Cielo Healthcare, Roberts will be responsible for strategic vision, profitable growth, exploring new products and services, and elevating Cielo Healthcare’s thought leadership presence in the market.

Roberts will lead Cielo’s Healthcare Advisory Board, which provides strategy and growth expertise to Cielo’s Healthcare team and clients. This nine-member board consists of industry veterans, including current and former CEOs, CHROs, physicians and global industry leaders. The three new healthcare experts joining Cielo’s Healthcare Advisory Board are:
- Kay Cowling is CEO of Cowling Advisory Services and advises healthcare provider organizations, state government, healthcare staffing and home health and hospice organizations on talent acquisition and workforce engagement and retention. She has held positions as CEO, COO, President, and SVP of numerous staffing and national networks in travel nursing, hospital staffing, home care, and hospice and worker’s compensation before building her own firm. Cowling looks forward to serving on this board and says, “The time is right for Cielo Healthcare to provide the stability and innovation talent acquisition needs today.”
- Lori Armstrong, DNP, RN is CEO & Chief Clinical Officer at Inspire Nurse Leaders. Maximizing her experience at the nation’s most prestigious academic medical centers, Armstrong coaches and consults on change management, strategic planning, operational effectiveness, leadership development and quality improvement. Prior to consulting, Armstrong served as Chief Nursing Officer at premier healthcare systems, including Kaiser Permanente, New York Presbyterian and Texas Children’s Hospital.
- Scott Becker is former COO of Alternative Solutions Health Network (ASHN), an outsourced post-acute management organization partnering with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health insurance, skilled nursing, and senior living organizations. In addition to Becker’s unique experience in developing outsourced relationships within the healthcare market, he brings global manufacturing and operations experience.
