BROOKFIELD, WI (October 22, 2018) – Winners of the 2018 North American Talent Board Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards included six clients of Cielo, the world’s leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider. Cielo partners with organizations to help them take a candidate-centric approach to their recruiting and hiring processes.
The CandE winning Cielo clients are:
- Boehringer Ingelheim
- The Linde Group
- Penn Medicine-Princeton Health
- Reynolds American Inc.
- Waste Management
The CandEs are handed out by Talent Board, which assesses employers’ processes and candidate experiences with two rounds of surveys. Round One captures and evaluates an employer’s recruitment processes and practices that impact candidate experience. Round Two then surveys a random sampling of the employer’s candidates from 2018 – both those hired and not hired – to get their perspectives on whether they would refer other job seekers to the organization, reapply themselves, and how their experience as a job candidate would affect their business relationship status with the organization.
“Having our partners be celebrated for providing an excellent candidate experience is incredibly gratifying and validates our commitment to putting candidate experience at the heart of all our recruiting efforts,” said Sue Marks, Cielo’s Founder and CEO. “We know that people have more options than ever before when it comes to looking for a job, and that companies need to treat candidates like customers throughout the process. The technology has to be right, and the human interaction has to be there at critical moments to make the candidate feel valued whether they secure the position or not.”
Cielo’s partners shared their enthusiasm for the improvements to their candidate experience that led to their CandE recognition:
“Hiring is a two-way street. Viewing our entire recruitment journey through a candidate lens pushes us to meet the changing needs of candidates, builds the framework for a positive experience, and increases our success rate to bring top talent into our organizations.
