Cielo VP talks about the impact of Singapore's recent rule change for Dependant's Pass holders

Kumar Bhaya, Vice President, Client Solutions Asia Pacific, talked to MONEY FM 89.3 about how the recent rule change for Dependant’s Pass holders to work in Singapore by the Ministry of Manpower will impact recruitment, providing companies with an opportunity to re-examine their talent acquisition strategy.

Previously, Dependant’s Pass holders could work with a ‘Letter of Consent' from the Ministry, but with the current rule change, they would require a work pass.
