Specifically, we learned that 84% of today’s Leaders – companies that successfully achieve their strategic talent objectives and tie them to business performance – are highly satisfied with the quality of their workforces. Conversely, just 5% of Laggards – between "average" and "poor" in these areas – are satisfied with talent quality.
