Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Organisations need innovative and scalable talent acquisition solutions to compete for the best talent that ultimately creates a business with a competitive edge. At Cielo, we provide RPO solutions that decrease time to hire and improves the quality of candidates in the talent pool, whilst delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience through an efficient hiring process. This year we expanded our RPO engagements in China with global clients across multiply industries to include engineering, medical devices and manufacturing amongst others. We are also onboarding new clients as the China market continues to open up further.. We continue to make investments in people, technology and sourcing expertise to better support our clients achieve their TA and business goals

The pandemic caused an unprecedented disruption to executive search activity. In 2021 China together with Cielo’s global teams, continuously provided high satisfaction levels to our clients. The global corporate environment continues to evolve and country/regional leaders are quickly becoming the standard-bearer for a wide-range of issues from sustainability, social justice and diversity, equity and inclusion, to inspiring employees and navigating rapid digital and societal transformation.
