Building a dedicated careers website to educate and inspire candidates
As a subsidiary brand of Imperial Brands, Fontem did not have their own careers website. This was a clear barrier to applications with the Fontem brand and career opportunities lacking visibility, and the risk of strong talent passing by. There was the need to separate Fontem and Imperial career opportunities and position Fontem in a way which will excite and inspire candidates.
Built on the Clinch platform, the Cielo brand team worked directly with the client and onsite team to design, develop and build a smart site dedicated to career opportunities with Fontem. The site gave Fontem a place to house their own dedicated careers content and educate and inspire prospective talent on the employee proposition. The site was integrated with the client’s ATS and ensured the brand integrity of this subsidiary of Imperial was protected.
This solution gave Fontem a fully branded platform to advertise their roles and educate and inspire candidates on the career proposition. The site was also extended beyond its initial infrastructure to include a dedicated graduate page and there are plans to now build upon what is currently in place to include richer content such as employee videos and gamification.
