BROOKFIELD, WI (December 2, 2021) – Winners of the 2021 North American Talent Board Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards included five clients of Cielo, the world’s leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider. Cielo and their partner organizations are committed to building best-in-class, candidate-centric approaches to successfully recruit top talent in a competitive environment.

The CandE-winning Cielo clients are:

  • Boehringer Ingelheim
  • Celanese
  • Grifols
  • Messer
  • Waste Management

Over the past four years, Cielo clients have won 19 awards in North America.

The CandEs are awarded by Talent Board, who assesses employers’ hiring processes and candidate experiences with two rounds of comprehensive surveys. Round One captures and evaluates an employer’s recruitment processes and practices that impact candidate experience. Round Two then surveys a random sampling of the employer’s candidates from 2021 – both those hired and not hired – to get their perspectives on whether they would refer other job seekers to the organization, reapply themselves, and how their experience as a job candidate would affect their customer relationship status with the organization.

“Seeing our client partners earn recognition for the outstanding candidate experiences they provide is incredibly gratifying and validates our commitment to a candidate-centric approach to recruiting,” said Sue Marks, Cielo Founder and CEO. “In today’s labor market, individuals have a wealth of options when deciding which opportunities to pursue, so employers need to consider their needs through every stage of the recruitment process. Having an optimal combination of people, process and technology creates an experience that makes all candidates feel valued regardless of hiring outcomes.”

“Talent is a competitive differentiator for organizations and investing in candidate experience is of tantamount importance,” said Greg Summers, Cielo President – North America. “Creating engaging, high-touch experiences helps candidates understand the role better, immerse themselves in the culture, and ultimately, become productive team members. We’re proud we can help our client partners achieve this vision.”

Cielo’s partners shared their enthusiasm for the improvements to their candidate experience that led to their CandE recognition:
