This is the third year in a row the organization has received the honor as one of 160 companies that made the list.
Top Workplace’s research partner Energage, a leading supplier of technology-based employee engagement products, performed a third-party survey to obtain employee feedback, and the results were used to determine the list of winners. The poll tracks 15 factors that are essential to an organization's performance, including alignment, execution, and connection.
