BROOKFIELD, WI – March 13, 2020 – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing partner, today announced the promotions of Greg Summers to President – North America and Molly Thiel to Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Summers has been with Cielo for over 10 years in a number of roles, most recently leading the company’s High Volume RPO business and commercial business development efforts. A proven leader and innovator, Greg will lead Cielo’s rapidly growing business in North America, providing thought leadership and direction of all 1,100 North America employees as Cielo continues to provide strategic talent advantages for its clients.

Thiel moves into her new role after joining Cielo in September 2018 as Senior Vice President of People & Culture. She has extensive leadership experience in human resources and general business management. She will oversee and lead talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and HR operations for Cielo’s global operations.
