This appointment recognizes his contributions to Cielo’s commitment to foster a culture of innovation that leverages new technologies, like artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve hiring results and candidate experience for its clients around the world.

His accomplishments include developing and implementing the first globally deployed Candidate Recruitment Marketing (CRM) platform in the RPO industry, introducing automated screening and assessment tools, robotic process automation support, virtual career fairs, as well as platforms for analytics and talent intelligence. Most recently, he spearheaded Cielo’s High Volume RPO solution, a tech-first approach that is redefining and revolutionizing how companies handle hourly hiring.
