BROOKFIELD, WI – February 6, 2020 – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, has once again been named as one of Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

“We love our Cielo culture, and this confirms we’re doing so many things right,” said Sue Marks, Founder and CEO at Cielo. “Our people truly support each other on a daily basis at work. And our team members do a great job as members of the Milwaukee and Waukesha County communities through volunteer initiatives, fundraisers, wellness events and other fun activities. We’re so proud to be recognized for our great people.”

For the second consecutive year, Cielo was selected as a winner among hundreds of companies that submitted nominations. The Best and Brightest program recognizes companies that distinguish themselves through innovative and thoughtful approaches to human resources. To evaluate companies, NABR thoroughly examines submitting companies based on salary structure, benefits, employee engagement and retention efforts, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recognition programs and other employee-related categories.

With the war on talent hitting the doorsteps of Best and Brightest, this achievement means more than it did a year ago,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and the Best and Brightest programs. “As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge through cultural innovation, maximizing their workforce potential.”

Cielo places significant value on its employees, as evidenced by initiatives related to professional development, diversity and inclusion and social responsibility. Celebrate Cielo, the company’s social responsibility committee, is an employee-led group dedicated to enhancing Cielo’s culture through supporting and executing social, wellness and community initiatives. Celebrate Cielo efforts include Volunteer Time Off, another benefit the company provides. In recent years, they hosted events to benefit the BloodCenter of Wisconsin, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Elmbrook Humane Society and the American Heart Association, among others.

The winners will be recognized at an annual symposium and awards gala on Friday, March 6, at The Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee. At the ceremony, three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium and large business category will be announced.
