LONDON (4 December 2019) – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, continues to invest in its global footprint with the expansion of its service delivery center in Manila.
The expansion is part of the RPO leader’s ongoing project to evolve its operating model to flex and scale swiftly to current and future client needs and economic conditions. The Manila office houses a range of functions and roles including Client Services, Operations and Shared Services. With this expansion, the location will start 24-hour operations, so client teams across the globe can collaborate in real time, improving communication and speed to results for clients.

Cielo opened the Manila location in 2017. Since then, it has grown to nearly 200 employees who support all of Cielo’s client teams around the world. The new office has capacity for up to 400 employees.
