BROOKFIELD, WI – September 26, 2019 – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing provider, has again received top rankings on the annual Baker’s Dozen list of global RPO firms. Published by HRO Today magazine, the Baker’s Dozen is the largest and most prestigious survey in the RPO industry. It is based entirely on customer feedback and quantitative rankings.

Cielo is the only RPO provider to rank in the top three for all categories, including:

  • #1 in Healthcare
  • #1 in Breadth of Service
  • #2 Overall
  • #2 in Quality of Service
  • #3 in Size of Deal

“Our teams worldwide are committed to delivering unmatched quality, innovation and results to our clients,” said Sue Marks, Cielo’s Founder and CEO. “Once again being recognized on the Baker’s Dozen list – as we have every year of its existence – proves that our clients value our partnership and the solutions we offer to support their success in attracting and hiring more than their fair share of top talent.”

“Cielo continues to be one of the most dominant players in the RPO industry with a record of extraordinary service, top quality proprietary technology and an ability to undertake very large complex programs,” said Elliot Clark, CEO of HRO Today. “Cielo leads the industry on our Breadth of Service category as well as their ongoing spot as the top provider for healthcare. They continue to be one of the most innovative performers in the HR service and technology sector.”

The Baker’s Dozen news adds to an already successful year of recognitions for Cielo. Analyst group Everest Group named Cielo a PEAK Matrix Leader in both its global and North America assessments. NelsonHall also named Cielo a Leader in its 2019 NEAT vendor evaluation for RPO. Additionally, Cielo was honored at the HRO Today Association’s North America Conference with the Business Partnership Excellence award for its work with client partner Grifols.

About the Ranking
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. We collect feedback annually through an online survey. In order to determine an overall ranking, we analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, we calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores. While we do not claim that our methodology is the only viable ratings program available, we do vouch for its statistical validity.
