LONDON, UK – Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, has hired David Whittingham-Jones to be Executive Vice President of Global Solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering successful RPO solutions around the world across a range of industries. He will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s approach to global solutions and multi-regional client solutions.

In this new role, Whittingham-Jones will lead Cielo’s strategy to target, engage, and build solutions for new multi-region RPO opportunities and drive global growth with current clients.

Prior to joining Cielo, Whittingham-Jones led global RPO sales after being head of client services for IBM Kenexa RPO. He will be based in Cielo’s London office and work closely with the organization’s existing sales, client services, client development and client success teams.
