This list is not ranked, but instead profiles each leader who has made a difference in the staffing world. Additionally, these 100 most influential people were nominated by everyone in the staffing space, readers, leaders and analysts.

Welcome to this year’s Staffing 100. For the second time, we bring you the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry as nominated by you, our advisors and the Staffing Industry Analysts team.
Among the 100 there are strategists, entrepreneurs, reformers, researchers and businesspeople. But there’s one thing they have in common: a love for people and placing them in jobs. Given the vicissitudes of the recession, this has been no easy task. These staffing professionals have experimented with staffing models and come up with ideas that have sparked dialogue and changed the world of work.
We are not ranking these individuals. The idea is to showcase those people who have made a difference not just to the industry, but to the millions of people they have helped to ﬁnd work.
Sue Marks is the CEO of Pinstripe, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider based in Brookfield, Wis. Marks is among the early movers in the RPO industry. Marks has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the service business category. Marks is also the winner of the Marquette University College of Business Administration’s alumni award for entrepreneurship.
