2016 is the Year of the Employer Brand

This is probably not the first time you have heard that 2016 will be the "Year of the Employer Brand."

Employers are Boosting their Investment in Brand Creation

In its Global Recruiting Trends Report for 2016, LinkedIn found that employer branding has made a comeback as a top priority. 59% of the world’s employers are boosting their investment in brand creation and management this year.

This is great news!

Cielo's clients certainly have employer branding at the top of their agendas for 2016. It is a new focus for some, and for others it is an ongoing challenge. But for each one, the goal is to remain top-of-mind for the world’s best talent.

Having worked across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific in mature and emerging markets alike, I look forward to participating in an event which, for the first time ever, brings together such diverse approaches to employer branding from so many different markets.
