BROOKFIELD, WI (June 12, 2014) – Angela Hills, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of North America at Cielo (formerly Pinstripe & Ochre House), the world’s leading provider of global talent acquisition and management solutions, has been elected to the 2014-2015 Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), effective July 1, 2014. The Board was introduced during HRMAC’s Annual Meeting segment of the Chicago-based association’s Leadership Series program on June 4, 2014. Angela’s election to the Board is for a one-year term.

In her role as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Angela is responsible for driving Cielo’s increased market penetration and expansion strategies across North America in the Engineering, Life Sciences, Consumer Brands, Financial & Business Services and Technology & Media sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting, business development and executive leadership, she serves as the chief evangelist for helping organizations engage and get to know Cielo.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan and her Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is an active and highly-regarded speaker on the national and regional circuits. In 2013, she was named Most Visionary Executive by Marketing Automation Platform, Marketo.
