HRO Today: Baker's Dozen 2017 and "RPO: The Next Generation"
As part of unveiling its annual Baker’s Dozen list of global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers, HRO Today magazine has published a 2017 RPO Provider Directory. The guide features “expert advice on recruitment process outsourcing and the top leaders in the industry.” One of those leaders is Cielo, which is showcased prominently in the directory as well as the Baker’s Dozen list itself, claiming the No. 1 ranking in the five major categories, including Global RPO Providers Overall, Quality of Service, Breadth of Service, Size of Deal and Healthcare Industry Providers.
