Coinciding with Cielo’s brand launch on May 12, 2014, we introduced the Cielo Talent Activation Index. This global study features feedback from more than 750 HR, talent and recruitment executives from across all industries—including Healthcare.
Our findings identified two groups of organizations, those excelling in their top talent objectives and those still challenged: Leaders and Laggards. Leaders are at the top of the Healthcare industry and, according to the results of our study, have recognized that finding and strategically managing exceptional talent is the “No. 1 component in achieving patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.”
By excelling in the following four talent areas, Healthcare Leaders are positioning themselves to achieve Healthcare’s triple-aim initiatives. Conversely, Laggards have yet to truly realize the significant impact top talent has on patient outcomes, satisfaction and organizations’ bottom-lines.
While Leaders excel in these four talent areas and, in particular, are in the best position to achieve Healthcare’s triple-aim, Laggards rate themselves between “average” and “poor.” In light of reform, Healthcare talent shortages and extreme financial pressures facing the industry, are you taking steps to “Lead” the way?
