Your first step is to search for open positions in your region, country or city that match your skills, talents and experiences. If you know the job you are looking for, use a specific keyword to narrow your search results. Click into the title of the job you have selected and choose to either “Apply Now” at the bottom of the page to answer a series of questions and submit your resume/CV and cover letter. Or, if your LinkedIn profile is your most up to date resume/CV, click Apply with LinkedIn and follow the onscreen instructions.
If you do not see the role you are interested in listed, it most likely means we are not hiring for that position at this time. But we are always growing! Before leaving the site, be sure to join one of our talent communities using the interactive map on the Careers landing page. By signing up you will get company alerts and featured jobs sent directly to your email as a reminder to check back often for new job postings. Please be aware Cielo will never ask for financial information by e-mail, and all official Cielo communications will be delivered from emails ending with "cielotalent.com."
After you apply, if your skills and background are a fit for the position you are interested in or another position at Cielo, a Recruiter will contact you either via phone or e-mail to schedule a phone interview. If you are not chosen to move forward in the process, you will be alerted via e-mail.
After a successful phone interview with a Recruiter, you may be scheduled for additional interviews with members of the hiring team. These interviews be via over the phone, using video interview technology or onsite at one of our global locations. Your Recruiter will prepare you for who you will be speaking with, and where and when those interviews will take place. Dress code varies by location, so be sure to clarify based on your individual interview schedule.
We use behavioral interview techniques to gain a thorough understanding of your career background, skills, and interests, so come prepared with examples of your past great work! Speaking with current Cielo employees also provides you with an opportunity to learn what it is like to be a part of our high-performing culture, so also come prepared with your own questions.
For some roles, we require a second round of interviews so that more team members can get exposure to what you will have to offer Cielo. Your Recruiter will be transparent with you from the start about the specific steps in your hiring journey, including any assessments or other steps that may be required.
The most important step in the hiring process, while the interview team assesses if your skills, talents and experiences are a fit for their team, it is equally important to take time to align your personal motivators with Cielo’s Vision and Values.
Based on what you have learned during the hiring process, ask yourself if Cielo’s culture a match for your work-style preferences. Your Recruiter can be a great resource for you during this phase, answering your detailed questions about our comprehensive benefit and compensation package or any other questions you still have about working at Cielo.
If your interview team decides to extend an offer, your recruiter will be in touch via a phone call and an email. The written documentation they share will contain important details about your employment offer. Our benefits, compensation packages and the perks we offer vary by region, work location and role, but all are aligned with our strategic goal of being a great place to work where our employees can fuel their personal ambitions.
Your offer will be contingent on successful completion of pre-employment checks and/or verifications. Again, these vary by region, work location and role, so your recruiting team will walk you through each requirement to ensure your successful start date at Cielo!
